The capital's distributors have approved the Roadmap for replacement of press kiosks with the new sample model.

How the lots of press kiosks will be generated for placing advertising on them, who will finance the disposal of old kiosks and whether there is a need to develop another model of a stall - all these issues were discussed at the meeting of participants of printed press distribution retail market, held in PDA. The meeting was devoted to the design of a Roadmap for the implementation of a system of measures to replace the press kiosks in Moscow with the model of the new pattern for the period of 2013-2014.

The New York Times Company Announces First International New York Times Conferences

To pay for transport ticket and download an e-book will be possible at a newsstand

New type of "Press" kiosks will be modernized with Wi-Fi hotspots. Payment terminals in these kiosks will assist citizens with navigation. And for their installation city will not pay a dime.

On August 15, under the chairmanship of PDA President Dmitry Martynov, a meeting of the heads of leading press kiosk network retailers took place in Moscow.

Ministry of Communications will see how regional governments provide people with newspapers and magazines.

Residents of Russian cities and villages will be provided with a fresh press. The head of the Ministry of Communications Nikolai Nikiforov has signed an order with recommendations for the support of the press kiosks for regional authorities. If you follow them, the availability of close-by kiosks will be provided in large and small cities and villages.
