The subscription rates for 2014 will not be raised

Federal Post Service Agency (FPSA) of Saint-Petersburg and Leningrad region announced the start of the subscription campaign to printed periodicals on the first half of 2014, from September 1. Each person can complete the subscription to the publication, he’s interested, in post offices, on tariffs of the 2nd half of 2013.

Information on more than 15 million subscriptions is in the United catalogue "The Russian Press", Russian press directory "Russian Post" and the "Newspapers. Journals" directory with the supplement "Publications of scientific and technical information". All three of the subscription catalogues are available in all post offices in the free access for consumers.
FPSA of Saint-Petersburg and Leningrad region traditionally provides 20% discount on the cost of services on a subscription and delivery of newspapers and magazines for the veterans of the Great Patriotic War, disabled persons of I and II groups. To receive the discount one must present proper identification. All specialized publications for the blind and visually impaired people, printed in Braille, flatbed print, are delivered by Russian Post for free.
